Our unique, hand-crafted tools and accessories have a rich history. Proudly Australian-owned, we know what tradies want and need – practical, strong, and long-lasting equipment.

It all started when Intech Tools began making quality tools and accessories as a family business in 1980, developing strong relationships with distribution partners. In 2008 we purchased a tannery to supply tool belts and bags to a large partner for distribution to most ‘big box’ stores in the USA. That customer wanted us to supply leather tool bags and aprons, and having our own tannery ensured we met quality requirements. Our Australian customer base also wanted top end, premium quality work gear, so we launched the BUILDPRO leather tool storage brand in 2010.

From cutting the leather to stitching and riveting, all in our tannery, each BUILDPRO product is produced by a dedicated craftsperson using world-class materials. We use the thickest European cow leather, German rivets, Australian webbing, the best hardware and the best stitching and manufacturing methods. Customers love our products, uncompromising quality, and dedication to our craft.
